Duterte Returns Excess Campaign Fund Contributions

It seems that presumptive president Rodrigo Duterte is dead serious on his campaign slogan 'Change is Coming' by returning the donations that he wasn't able to use for his campaign.

A member of Duterte's presidential campaign team Marion Raagas posted a photo on his Facebook a number of bank checks that according to him were going to be returned back to the contributors.
